Question

What time should guests arrive?

Answer

Please arrive 15 minutes early to get seated before the ceremony begins.

Where should guests park?

Answer

There is a parking lot right outside the venue, along with an overflow parking lot further up the hill.

Question

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes! A shuttle service will run from the Holiday Inn listed in the Out of Towners section before and after the celebration! We will let our guests know the specific pick up times for the shuttles.

When are the shuttles running & what are the pick up times?

Answer

Shuttles pre ceremony will be running from 3:15-4:15 pm. Please consider getting on earlier shuttles in order to make sure not everyone is on the last shuttle. Shuttles post ceremony run from 9:15-11:15 pm. This way you can leave early if wanting or leave after the reception is over. All shuttles will be about 20 minutes apart, we do not have exact times as this will depend on guest readiness and traffic through Estes Park. Please head to the hotel lobby and wait for the next shuttle once you are ready. Max people per shuttle is 14

What's for dinner?

Answer

We are having a seated dinner with options of a 6 oz filet or chicken breast. Both will come with garlic whipped potatoes and brussel sprouts. Make sure to pick what you would like when you RSVP.

Are children invited?

Answer

We love your kids and can't wait to spend time with them the weekend before. Due to venue space we are unable to accommodate the younger ones at our wedding. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If your invitation includes their name, then yes! Otherwise, we are keeping our guest list intimate.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be inside. There will be a cocktail hour outside but not in grass, so wear any style shoe you want!
