What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive at about 3:30 PM to get settled in before the ceremony begins at 4:00 PM.

Will the ceremony and reception be held indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony space is outdoors and the reception is indoors, just feet apart from each other!

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal with no white, ivories, or cream shades, please! Here are some attire suggestions: Women: midi, maxi, or knee length dresses; dressy separates or jumpsuits; heels or flats Men: dress slacks with button down shirt; tie / coat optional

Can I bring my kids / a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to venue capacity and budgeting reasons, our guest list is strict and is RSVP only. We are only able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.

What is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Invitations will be coming in the mail in March. Please RSVP by May 1st, after receiving your invite, so that we can have an accurate guest count.

What food will be served?

Answer

Food will be catered from Firewater BBQ: pulled pork, smoked chicken, beef brisket, brioche slider buns, baked mac & cheese, cornbread, brisket beans, bacon potato salad, tossed salad

Will alcohol be served?

We will have an open bar.

Is there parking onsite?

Answer

Yes! Once you pull into the property, venue staff will lead you where to park. There will be golf cart valet for those who may need assistance.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

It is an "unplugged” ceremony, so no phones should be out during that time. We have hired a photographer to take on that role and capture everyone being fully present as we unite in marriage.
