Room block dates are scheduled for: Fri, September 4, 2026 . Sat, September 5, 2026 Sun, September 6, 2026 (checkout) Guests may reserve accommodations for either one (1) or two (2) nights, with arrival on September 4 or September 5, 2026, and departure on September 5 or September 6, 2026. Two-night stays, spanning September 4 through September 6, 2026, are also permitted. All reservations are subject to availability within the allocated room block. Cancellation Policy: Individual reservations must be cancelled at least three (3) weeks prior to arrival to avoid a charge of one night's room and tax. Any rooms not reserved forty-five (45) days prior to the arrival date will be released back into the hotel's general inventory and will no longer be guaranteed at the group rate.
