Saturday 7am-Noon If you're in town Saturday morning and are looking to get a feel for Carrboro while getting a bite to eat, we recommend swinging by the town's farmer's market. Our particular favorites include the sweet potato donuts you can find at the Yee Haw Doughnuts cart and the croissants (or many other baked goods) at Sari Sari Sweets.
West Franklin Street
West Franklin Street, Chapel Hill, NC 27516
Franklin Street is Chapel Hill's downtown area, with a number of great restaurants, bars, and shops. Get a burger and amazing fries from Al's Burgers, poke your head into the Epilogue Book store, visit the Ackland Art Museum (admission is free), and then check out some of the architecture at UNC Chapel Hill's campus.
