Wait, how the heck do I get to the venue?

Answer

Get ready to ride an old school 2 seater chair lift! Park in the parking lot and head toward the chairlift. Staff will be there to help direct and instruct you to get up the hill safely. We hope that you enjoy this unique experience! P.S. this is also how you will be getting back down the hill after the reception so bring a jacket!

What does mountain casual mean? What should I wear??

Answer

Feel free to wear slacks or nice pants with no holes, a nice shirt (can be patterned, have fun), and closed toed shoes. Dresses can be long or short. Keep in mind that as the sun sets it can be a chilly ride back down the chairlift. Footwear- you will be walking on pavement and gravel for the ceremony and the reception will be indoors.

Should I stay in Mammoth Lakes or June Lake?

Answer

We will provide transport from Mammoth to June and back the night of the wedding. There are a few places to stay in June if you'd like to be closer to the venue. We urge everyone to avoid drinking and driving, so please plan accordingly.

Closest airport?

Answer

There is an international airport in Reno, NV-a 3 hour drive to Mammoth Lakes. LAX is 5 hours south of Mammoth and has lots of flight options!

Is the event dog friendly? Will Brownie be there?

Answer

We love your pets but June Mountain is not a dog friendly venue. Brownie will be staying back home enjoying a nap.

We love your young children, but this event is not child friendly.
