Surrounded by friends, dive bar charm, and the sound of dice hitting the table, Jacqueline and Aidan connected over their shared love of cooking—and a friendly (but serious) debate about the proper way to make fried chicken. As their group of friends gathered week after week, a mutual friend gave Aidan a simple piece of advice: start walking Jacqueline home. He did. And with each walk, they got closer—sharing stories, jokes, and a quiet understanding that something special was growing. The night before Jacqueline’s birthday, Aidan finally said what had been on both of their minds. They talked, laughed, and admitted what they already knew: they wanted to be together, to build something real. Jacqueline—ever practical—suggested they start with a date. Since then, they’ve shared homes across three states, packed up countless moving boxes, and built a life filled with adventure, laughter, and a little bit of chaos—thanks to their dog Atlas and cat Chanel.
