Despite our best schedule detective skills when deciding our date, the University of Michigan football team announced October 18th will be a home game against the University of Washington. On the bright side, Ann Arbor will be lively with many things to do when you’re not celebrating with us. For our out-of-town guests, we recommend solidifying your travel arrangements early as hotels and flights will have increased football-related interest. See Travel & Stay for our recommendations.
Guests should arrive no later than 3:45 PM.
We’ve coordinated parking with the neighboring Ann Arbor Christian School (5500 Whitmore Lake Road, Ann Arbor, MI). There will be a shuttle running between offsite parking, the venue, and the hotel block. We kindly request that our local guests carpool if possible as parking will be limited.
As much as we would love to include your loved ones in our celebration, we kindly ask that you only bring those formally invited on your invitation. This includes children and plus ones. We hope you understand our intentionality with our guest list as space is limited at the venue.
Both our ceremony and reception will be outside - rain or shine! Please take this into account when choosing your footwear.
The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire, and we encourage you to wear something you already own! If you would like to dress in our color palette, you are invited to wear warm fall colors (muted yellows, deep oranges, dark greens, and purples). We kindly ask that you avoid wearing colors reserved for the bride - whites, ivories, or creams.
Yes, the drinks are on us - get ready to celebrate! Please drink responsibly, and have a ride home arranged if you plan on drinking. We want all out loved ones to get home safe!
If we do not receive your RSVP by August 1, 2025, it will be marked as “no”. We will miss celebrating with you, however, we have to provide final guest counts to vendors within the time they have given us. Thank you for understanding.
