As of July 26 2020 stated in New York Times there 21 ‘Red Zone’ States In clouding the following: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Nevada, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Wisconsin. Meaning 28 States are ‘Yellow Zone’ and the District of Colombia. With 1 State that is ‘Green Zone’ which is Vermont. This is Based off of 100 new cases per 100,000 people in the past week.
