Cell service is limited at the venue.
Ubers are hard to get in the area where the venue is located.
We have arranged for shuttles to pick up and drop off guests at The Omni Hotel in downtown Charlottesville and Hyatt Place in the Shops at Stonefield Plaza.
If you are staying at a different hotel, it is easy to get Uber/Lyft within Charlottesville.
The shuttle will depart from The Omni Hotel (pickup area is located at the Water Street Bus Stop at the entrance of the downtown mall) at 2:40 PM and depart from Hyatt Place at 3:05 PM
There will be an early departure from the venue back to Charlottesville at 8:30 PM and the final departure will be at 11:00 PM
