FAQs

Question

What should we know about dinner and drinks?

Answer

We will be having a buffet style dinner and an open bar at the wedding. There will be plenty of food options to choose from, but if you are worried about food allergies please feel free to reach out and ask us. Please also make a note of this when you RSVP!

Question

What time should we arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4:15 pm sharp. We advise guests get there 15-20 minutes before the ceremony to park and find your seat. Once the procession begins, late guests will be asked to wait until after the ceremony to enter.

Question

Will there be parking?

Answer

Yes! There is a parking lot at the venue free of charge. If you plan on drinking, please have a designated driver or Uber. We want everyone to have a good time and get home safely.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

When you go to RSVP on our website, you will be able to see how many guests we have reserved in your name. Due to the limited capacity of our venue, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless it is specifically indicated on your invitation.

Question

Can we take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We appreciate everyone trying to commemorate the day, but to make sure we are fully present in the moment we are having an "unplugged" ceremony. We will ask everyone to turn off or silence all electronic devices for the duration of the ceremony. We have hired an amazing photographer to capture this special moment for us and will be happy to share any photos after the fact. Please feel free to take as many pictures as you would like once cocktail hour has started.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! We would love to see our friends and family get dressed up for the occasion. Our wedding theme is Garden Party. Please no jeans or shorts. Fun colors and patterns are encouraged, but please avoid white and cream shades as these are reserved for the bride. We will be outside for the ceremony and for cocktail hour before going inside for dinner and dancing, so please keep that in mind when choosing footwear for the evening's festivities!

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

Due to limited numbers, the only children we can accommodate are those of family members flying in from overseas. This will be indicated on your RSVP. If we are unable to invite your children, we hope that you will see this as an opportunity to have a night for yourselves and enjoy the celebration with us!

Question

When should we RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that everyone RSVP no later than April 11th, 2025. If you don't RSVP in time, we will assume you cannot attend. In order to give all of our event staff a final headcount before the big day, we need any and all responses sent in by this date. We hope you understand!

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The answer is both! The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside, followed by dinner and dancing inside. In the case of inclement weather, the ceremony will be moved inside.
