What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at least 30 minutes early for the ceremony. The ceremony starts at 5:30pm

What is the reception dress code?

Answer

Black tie optional. Women should wear floor length dresses and men should either wear a tux or suit.

How can I get to and from downtown Newport?

Answer

Newport Harbor Island Resort has a shuttle and water taxi that goes to and from Bowens Warf. The shuttle is available from 10am-11pm and departs every half hour.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes. The venue has on site parking!

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We will have a welcome party at the Newport Harbor Island resort on Friday 9/5 from 7-10pm. It is located at the outdoor Island Pavilion. Dinner will be provided.

If you have been given a date, their name will be written on your invitation.

Unfortunately we will not be allowing children at our wedding

Yes! When making your meal selection, there will be a box where you can include any allergies or dietary restrictions
