Things To Do

We’re so excited to celebrate with you! If you’re turning our wedding into a weekend getaway, here are some fun, laid-back local spots and experiences we love.

Riverside Gardens Park

Red Bank, NJ 07701

Great park that features a sensory garden, boardwalk, concession building, and a stage area that hosts free performances in season. Great for a peaceful stroll by the water or a picnic before dinner.

Asbury Park: Hear Sea Now

Asbury Park, NJ

September 19-20: Hear Sea Now Music Festival is happening this weekend in Asbury Park! Live music on the beach, and good times all weekend! You have to pay for tickets, but you can still catch the music (and some people-watching) for free from the boardwalk. Short Uber or train from Red Bank!

Red Bank Pop Culture Festival

24 Monmouth Street, Red Bank, NJ 07701

Saturday, September 19 (12 PM–4 PM): Festival for comics, gaming, movies, and more right in town.

Pier Village

50 Chelsea Avenue, Long Branch, NJ 07740

Waterfront shops, dining, and great views. Perfect for a nice stroll on the boardwalk.

Red Bank Farmer's Market

207 Monmouth Street, Red Bank, NJ 07701

Red Bank Public Library

84 West Front Street, Red Bank, NJ 07701

Beyond borrowing books, check out the local history room and special exhibits for a peek into Red Bank’s past. Fun fact: If you wander around back behind the library, you can see exactly where Nic proposed to Aia!

Fun arcade in the heart of downtown.

Filoncino Bakery Cafe

111 Bridge Avenue, Red Bank, NJ 07701

Cozy Italian spot for espresso, sandwiches, and pastries (closed Sundays). Fun fact: Aia spent many mornings here grabbing a sandwich and stressing over wedding plans with her mom!

Bagel Station

168 Monmouth Street, Red Bank, NJ 07701

A fluffy Jersey bagel is a must while visiting! Local go-to for breakfast bagels, sandwiches, and coffee before heading out. Fun fact: This is where Nic had his first pork roll, egg, and cheese bagel (and yes, it’s officially pork roll, not Taylor ham!).

Delicious mexican dishes and tacos.

Classic Irish pub with a relaxed vibe. Fun Fact: This place is the home of Nic's favorite pint of Guiness in NJ!

Red Rock Tap + Grill

14 Wharf Avenue, Red Bank, NJ 07701

Chill spot for burgers, wings, beers, and laid-back lunches/dinners. Live music plays on the weekends! Fun fact: Aia and Nic have had many dates here, celebrated their engagement here, and Aia even gave a legendary (slightly tipsy, very embarrasing) speech at the end of the night.
