Reception

Reception attire is typically formal in Indian culture as in American culture. The men wear tuxedos, Western suits, or sherwanis on the day of the reception ceremony, and the women wear cultural dresses or formal gowns.

An Indian Wedding Reception is much like an American Wedding Reception. The event is a celebration of the newly-weds, and will include speeches from both sides of the family. Cocktail hour will begin at 7:00 pm and door will open to the hall at 8:00 pm. All food served will be halal.
