The event will be held outside on the Tower Lawn where the grass can be soft so you might want to rethink certain shoes. *Event will be outside weather permitting
Join us the evening before our wedding for a few light bites and drinks on the Grand Hyatt's Tower Lawn. We recommend getting dinner at one of Tampa's great restaurants before or after the event since we will only be serving small appetizers. *Parking $20*

Cocktail Attire: Cocktail dresses, maxi dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, jackets and slacks.
The ceremony will take place outside, weather permitting. *SHUTTLE SCHEDULE FOR HOTEL BLOCK GUESTS* 2:00 PM - First pick up at the Grand Hyatt main lobby entrance. 2:20 PM - First pick up at the Double Tree main lobby entrance. 2:40 PM - Second pick up at the Grand Hyatt main lobby entrance. 3:00 PM - Second pick up at the Double Tree main lobby entrance.

There will be a few light bites in addition to cocktails before dinner.
5:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Join us for dinner and dancing! At the end of the evening, there will be a shuttle taking guests back to the Grand Hyatt and the Double Tree. Pick up times TBD
