FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

May 26th! Please send back your formal RSVP.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yup Zola & Amazon

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you arrive at 5:15PM...better early than late! Lookin at you Chin family! The ceremony will start promptly at 5:30PM.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yacht Club Cocktail Attire For men, think suits or slacks with a blazer - no tuxes necessary. Ties are optional, but still welcome. Appropriate footwear includes nice loafers and on-theme boat shoes. For women, semi-formal dresses, like a maxi or midi, or a jumpsuit are perfect. Feel free to go with a vibrant color or a bold print! The ceremony will take place outside where there is stone and grass so wedges or thick heels are your best bet to keep from sinking.

Question

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

We are aiming to stay within a certain capacity at our venue which means we are sadly unable to accomodate additional guests that were not indicated on the formal invitation.

Question

Can I bring my children?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, we'd like this to be an adult-only celebration, as much as possible. We are making some exceptions for our family members. We hope this advance notice means you're able to let your hair down and celebrate with us on our big day!

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

See "Accommodations" page

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Crystal Point Yacht Club has a very large lot that is also shared with the Inn. There will be more than enough parking for everyone.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No transportation is needed as the Crystal Point Inn is on the same site as the Yacht Club.

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Given 4th of July is the day before our wedding, we have chosen not to have any pre-wedding party. There will be a brunch planned for the morning after.

For all the days along the way
