We fell in love in the summer of 2022. Ahn knew Jaycee was the one after our first date!

Ahn's cat Totoro immediately fell in love with Jaycee.

Jaycee drove Ahn home from her first long artist residency in Colorado in 2023.

Our first anniversary <3

We rescued baby Bao from the streets of West Oakland in January 2024.

Jaycee visited Ahn in Nebraska during her 3 month artist residency in 2024.

Our parents have spent so many holidays together from 2023 through last year, including Christmas and more!

2024 was a big travel year! We went to Chicago to visit Ahn's sister, El, then did a Homecoming trip together to Hong Kong, Thailand, and Taiwan!

Jaycee met Ahn's family in Hong Kong, including her grandma (before she passed in 2025).

Ahn met Jaycee's Uncle Raymond in Hong Kong and we visited the school he and Jaycee's mom and dad went to in HK.

We went to Taiwan Pride and marched in the Trans March!

We went to Thailand together for the first time, and met the Thai side of Jaycee's family!

Ahn asked Jaycee to Queer Prom and they said yes!

Jaycee took Ahn on the most special anniversary trip, proposed, and Ahn in turn said YES!

We got engaged Aug 8, 2025!

We went to Vancouver in 2025, and Ahn met Jaycee's Grandma Lana and we reunited with Uncle Raymond.

We moved into our first rental home together in December 2025!
