Are there other places to stay in Dallas other than The Joule and The Westin?

Answer

Absolutely! There are tons of hotels downtown that are walking distance from the venue. We only have room blocks at The Joule & The Westin but please stay where ever is best for you!

Should we make dinner reservations?

I highly recommend checking out places you would like to go to before hand and making reservations. If you have any questions or need more recommendations, feel free to reach out to us!

What is the cut off for booking rooms on the room block?

Answer

The cut off for the room block rates is May 1st however we recommend you book ASAP!
