It all started in December 2022. The world had gathered in Doha, Qatar, for the World Cup, and as fate would have it, so did Ahmed and Omnia. For Omnia, Doha was home. For Ahmed, it was a world away from his home in Iowa. Amidst the excitement of the games, they found a connection that spanned continents. Their relationship blossomed, bridging the distance from Doha to the US. As Ahmed built a life in Austin, Omnia had recently moved to San Francisco. But their bond proved stronger than any distance. Now, they are thrilled to bring their families and friends together in their new home of Austin to celebrate the journey that began halfway across the world.
