We first met in 2014 as Computer Science students at university of Lagos. Back then, it was all about sharing notes, helping each other survive assignments, and laughing through the chaos of student life. Over the years, our friendship grew, it was filled with movie nights, long talks, and countless moments of just enjoying each other’s company. By our final year, we realized that what we had was truly special. It wasn’t until 2019 that our friendship naturally blossomed into love and that’s also when we discovered one of our all-time favorite hobbies together: binge-watching reality shows. From the latest competitions to throwback classics, we’ve probably seen almost every show ever aired, you name it, we have definitely seen it😅. Those late-night marathons, full of playful teasing, commentary, and a lot of laughter, has become some of our most treasured memories. Since then, life has taken us through different seasons—graduations, new jobs, chasing dreams, and building countless memories side by side. Through every high and low, we’ve been each other’s safe space, biggest cheerleaders, and constant companions. Looking back, it’s amazing to see how far we’ve come from that first classroom encounter. And now, with hearts full of joy, a lifetime of laughter ahead, and excitement for all that’s to come, we’re ready to begin the next chapter, this time as husband and wife 💍❤️.
