Drop Off: Hotel KC, 1228 Baltimore Ave, Kansas City, MO 64105 Ceremony is outside on the lawn. Guests are welcome from 1:30pm onward, with the ceremony starting roughly at 2pm. Parking in the pasture, signs to be provided. NOTE: In the event of extreme weather, the ceremony will be in held inside in the foyer, and may be limited to immediate family and the wedding party. All guests still welcome to the reception.

Transportation from the ceremony is provided, schedule above. Valet parking at venue is provided for $18. Reception is in the Tudor Room. Cocktail lasts for a couple hours as guests arrive from the ceremony in Eudora. Dinner is to follow.
