What is the dress code?
Answer
The dress code is Summer Semi-Formal. Please view the Attire tab to get an idea of what that is and get some outfit inspiration! Please remember it will be late August and hot so plan accordingly.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on the invitation. Your invitation will be made to "{Your Name} & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you.

Are all children welcome?
Answer
Although we love your children, we hope you take this opportunity to enjoy a date night and we appreciate you making prior arrangements If your child(ren) is invited their name will be on the RSVP tab.

Can I take photos and videos during the ceremony?
Answer
We kindly ask that our ceremony stays unplugged and phones/cameras are put away. We have hired an amazing photographer to capture our special day! We can't wait to take photos with you during the reception though!

Can I smoke at the venue?
Answer
This is a smoke free venue. Please do not smoke on the property. We have signed a contract with this venue and it is within our contract that we have to uphold. Thank you in advance and sorry for the inconvenience.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Our venue will have both indoor and outdoor features. Our ceremony will be outside in a grassy area so please keep that in mind when picking out shoes. Our reception will be held indoors but there is also a covered patio just outside of the bay doors

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
Answer
Arriving to the venue 20 minutes early is a great idea to be sure you're able to find the venue, get parking, and settle into your seat before the ceremony begins.

How and When should I RSVP?
Answer
To RSVP, please click the RSVP tab here on our website and type in your name. All invited guests in your party will appear here to mark as "attending" or "declining." Or you can mail in you RSVP card that was attached to your invitation! Please RSVP as soon as possible!

Do I have to RSVP?
Answer
Yes. An RSVP is REQUIRED for everyone.

What happens if I don't RSVP in time?
Answer
If we do not get an RSVP back by the date which we have provided, it will be marked as a decline. We will miss you celebrating with us, however we have to provide a total guest count to the venue and vendors in a timely manner following the RSVP deadline. Due to this we CAN NOT accept late RSVPs. (This will mean you are not allowed to show up to our special day. There will be no seating, food, or beverage accommodations for you.)

What should I do if I can't make it?
Answer
Your presence will be greatly missed! If you are unable to attend, kindly inform us at your earliest convenience so that we can make the necessary arrangements.

Where do we park?
Answer
There will be signs leading you to the designated parking lot, where you will be directed to park. There will be a golf cart shuttling from the parking lot down to the venue. **This is a handicap friendly venue!**

Will you be serving alcoholic beverages at the reception?
Answer
We will be serving his/her cocktail drinks and select beer and wine options. Please drink responsibly, if you are unable to do that, you will be asked to leave.
