How do I get to The Empress Estate venue?

Once you exit I-5, follow the simple route below to reach the venue: Take Exit 22 from I-5 (Dike Access Road). At the end of the exit, the road becomes Dike Access Rd — follow it straight. Continue onto Old Pacific Highway. Turn left onto Green Mountain Road. Next, turn left onto Milky Way Drive. Turn left onto Moonridge Road. Continue straight as Moonridge Road becomes Empress Lane and you head up toward the estate. Follow the road until you see the driveway and entrance to the venue — you’ll see clear signs for The Empress Estate at the main turning points, so you won’t miss it.

We kindly request that all guests arrive by 4:00 PM to comfortably find their seats and ensure a smooth start to our ceremony, which will begin promptly at 4:30 PM.

Our venue offers ample parking conveniently located near the ceremony site by the mansion. We recommend parking in the designated lot close to the main event area for easy access.

We are deeply touched by the love and support surrounding our wedding. To create an intimate and meaningful celebration, we are carefully curating our guest list. Invitations will clearly indicate whether you have been extended a plus-one. We appreciate your understanding as we cherish this special moment with our closest family and friends.

What is the dress code?

Our wedding calls for semi-formal attire that strikes an elegant balance. Gentlemen, we recommend suits or dress shirts with tailored slacks. Ladies, choose cocktail dresses, midi or maxi lengths, or chic dressy separates. We're excited to see everyone looking polished and festive as we celebrate our special day!

Are phones allowed during the ceremony?

We kindly ask that our ceremony be an unplugged experience. We have hired an exceptional photographer to capture every special moment, and we would love for you to be fully present with us as we say our vows. Please silence and put away all phones and devices during the ceremony. We promise to share the beautiful photos afterward!

Will the ceremony and reception be at the same location?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception will both be held at the same beautiful venue. We'll exchange our vows down the hill near the mansion, and then invite our guests to join us at the Chateau near the venue's entrance for cocktails and celebration.

When do I submit food allergies and dietary restrictions?

We kindly request that you submit any food allergies or dietary restrictions by July 1st, allowing us ample time to ensure every guest's comfort and safety during our celebration.
