Travel & Places To Stay

The Wedding Website of Melissa Perry and Agustin Crespo
The charm of visiting NYC is getting experience all of the neighborhoods and diving right into the local culture. If you are traveling from out of town & need a place to stay, we have plenty of options in our neighborhood that are within walking distance to the reception.

Hotel

Wythe Hotel

80 Wythe Avenue
Williamsburg, NY 11249
 (718) 460-8000

This is our choice hotel & where we will be staying if we don't decide to just stay at our apartment which is in the same neighborhood! We love The Ides Bar that has incredible views of the Manhattan skyline, located on the 6th floor.

Hotel

The Williamsburg Hotel

96 Wythe Avenue
Williamsburg, NY 11249
 (718) 362-8100

Brand new hotel that is right next to the Wythe hotel if for some reason you can't get a room there. Both spots are right down the street from where the wedding reception will be.

Hotel

The William Vale

111 North 12th Street
Greenpoint, NY 11249
 (718) 631-8400

5 star hotel that we have yet to visit but has great reviews and just a short walk away from McCarren park.

Hotel

POD Brooklyn

Metropolitan Avenue
Williamsburg, NY 11211

Just opened up & super close to our apartment. POD is a great choice if you are traveling on a budget and just need a place to lay your head.

Hotel

McCarren Hotel & Pool

160 North 12th Street
Williamsburg, NY 11249
 (718) 218-7500

Another 5 star hotel located steps away from the MCarren park. Incredible roof deck pool with skyline view of Manhattan!

Train

The L train

The L train is a direct route from Manhattan to Brooklyn and is closer to the hotels listed. We live at the Bedford stop.

Train

The J train

This train goes over the Williamsburg bridge and is located on the South side, where we live. Our stop is the Marcy Avenue stop.

Train

The M train

This train goes over the Williamsburg bridge along with the J train and is located on the South side, where we live. Our stop is the Marcy Avenue stop.

Train

New York City Subway

Here is a map of the NYC subway. We highly recommend downloading the app on your phone for easier navigation. The subway costs, $2.75 per ride which you can purchase train cards at vending machines using cash or a credit card. This is a great way to get around & really experience the city!

Rental Car

Uber

Get the app if you don't already have it! It's a great way to get around quickly. Be warned, that it can get pretty expensive when traveling from neighborhood to neighborhood. You may want to use this service from the church to the restaurant which can range in cost from $25 - $40.

For all the days along the way
