FAQs

Question

What is the dress code for this event?

Answer

We would love for our guests to dress to the nines! For gentlemen, a tuxedo is traditional, but a dark suit and tie is perfectly acceptable. For ladies, a floor-length gown, or a dressy pantsuit are wonderful options.

Question

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Although we love your children, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We hope you understand and can join us for this special occasion.

Question

Can I wear any color, or is there a color scheme I should avoid?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests avoid Deep Browns (espresso), Whites and Cream colors, Deep Plums and Rich/Deep Cherry Reds, as these shades are reserved for the bride, groom, and wedding party.

Question

What colors are appropriate to wear to the wedding?

Answer

Aside from the color listing previously to avoid, we are excited to see your individuality shine! The formality is more important to us than specific colors. Please feel free to wear any colors that have not been listed to avoid.

Question

The venue is far from my home, is there any recommended places I could stay?

Answer

Absolutely! If you click the travel tab toward the top of the site screen, you can click "View" which you will then be taken to the room block the bride and groom have reserved for their wedding guests.

Question

What is the parking situation at the reception venue?

Answer

We will have a complimentary valet at the reception venue. Although extremely convenient, we encourage carpooling to avoid an excess amount of cars.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We are unable to accommodate additional guests due to venue capacity and budget. Thank you for your understanding!

Question

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes, we will have an open bar for all of our guests to enjoy complimentary drinks throughout the event.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 1pm. Please arrive 15 minutes before the ceremony to get settled.
