Flagstaff does have a small airport but flights in and out are limited. If flying is your means of travel, best preparations are to fly into Phoenix Sky Harbor and arrange car travel the 2 hours up north.
There are a multitude of Hotels in Flagstaff to choose from, any on Beulah Blvd I would have a similar recommendation for as they are close to the venue (but all of Flagstaff is close honestly).
