Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

While our invites state that the RSVP date is September 15, we are extending it to October 1st for those who received their invites later than expected.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

With the ceremony beginning at 3:30, we ask that you plan to arrive at the venue around 2:45-3:00. Anyone arriving after the ceremony start time will be asked to wait on the patio area to keep from disrupting the service.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code four our wedding is business casual and up! We ask that guests refrain from wearing jeans and sneakers. Guests are welcome to wear semi-formal attire such as a cocktail-length dress or dressy separates for women and a suit/blazer and tie (optional) for men. Please wear what makes you feel fabulous, we only request that you don’t wear white, since this is the respective bridal color and that men refrain from wearing black suits, because that is the respective groom/groomsman color.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We ask that you only bring a date if it is permitted in your RSVP or if we have spoken to you about it individually (which would also reflect in your RSVP).

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love the children of our friends and family, we ask that this event be adults only unless we have spoken to you about it individually.

Answer

Yes! The venue has on-site parking with drop-off area and handicap access.

Answer

Both! The ceremony will be outdoors and the reception will be indoors. We will be in the mountains in early November so it might be a bit chilly. For the ceremony, we will have throw blankets for use if needed.

Question

What type of food will be served at your wedding?

Answer

There will be a "mocktail" hour where chips and salsa will be served. For dinner, there will be street tacos with the meat choices being steak, chicken, and barbacoa, with rice and beans as sides. There will be a small portion of veggies available for those with dietary restrictions or preferences, but we ask that you let us know in advance so we can prepare accordingly.

Answer

Yes, the venue has one designated area outside smoking; however, the venue is a non-smoking facility inside, including e-cigs/vaping.
