There are many ways to get to Poland! I recommend to look for a fights from Newark (EWR), becuase its cheaper than Philly (PHL) and New York (JFK). The closest airport to the wedding ceremony is Wroclaw (WRO). Most common directions you will find with 1+ stop through any country in Europe like Germany, Newark-Germany-Poland. (EWR-MUC/FRA-WRO). There are direct flights to Poland, but these cities are farther from wedding event, like Newark-Warsaw or Krakow (EWR-WAW/KRK),
Comparing to western countries in Europe, the answer is no. Currently one dolar is about 4 polish zloty, where one dolar is about 0.9 euro. You can find very nice hotels, restauranst and other attractions in affordable prices without compromising quality. Please take a look into tab "Things To Do".
Yes, they are similar, but like every country, Poland has its own traditions. That's why the entire reception will last about 10 hours. Don't worry, you decide how long you want to stay and when you want to leave. We are meeting at the Church, where the Wedding Ceremony will take place. Then, we will head to Restaurant: first will be served dinner, first dance, cake, "Oczepiny" aka vial removal ceremony. Meanwhile, you will be dancing, drinking, DJ makes short breaks so guests can take a rest. DJ also will conduct family games. You can also take a walk around the restaurant if you want a longer break and admire the country side views. You will have 10 hours, so you won't have a fear of missing out.
