Maid of Honor

Kaitlin is Shannon's older sister, full time design consultant, voice of reason, part time therapist, and personal stylist. They are one another's biggest supporters and harshest critics. The pair plan to continue the Burnett family legacy of gin-fueled dancing at the wedding. Please be sure to ask Kaitlin about her dog (polar bear) Thor - she will happily show everyone approximately 1,000 photos.

Michael Agliato

Best Man

Michael is Joe's older (and only) brother which is where the default "Best Man" comes into play. Though he's brave enough to battle the fires of NYC as a Lieutenant for the FDNY, his biggest fear is being home alone with parenting duty. An inspiration since Joe was a kid, the two have gotten close enough to almost love each other. Hardworking, selfless, and an all around great guy, make sure you remind him who the better looking brother is when he comes your way. Alessandra and Giovanna, two of our flower girls also pictured!

Rachel Parker

Rachel is the little sister Shannon never had. As a very bossy little girl, Shannon was able to convince Rachel to partake in any and all shenanigans including, but not limited to, several Jo Dee Messina and BSB 'concerts'. Rachel continues to be an important source of support for Shannon, always willing to lend an ear or act as Shannon's in-house chiropractor. Shannon has been able to watch Rachel blossom into a wonderful, caring person and she is so excited to have her stand next to her on her wedding!

Joseph Ramieri

Groomsman

These two have been best friends since they met at boarding school during their sophomore year. Joe was lucky enough to be a part of the Ramieri's wedding and couldn't wait to ask him to be a part of ours. When together, you'll most likely find buffalo chicken pizza, beers or bourbon and lots of laughs. He was also influential with picking out the perfect ring and making sure the proposal was just right. Joe admires the success that Ramieri has achieved thus far-beautiful wife, beautiful house and maybe more important, a beautiful dog named Roman! Couldn't be happier to have him at the alter!

As Joe's older sister and 'second mom' growing up, Analiese welcomed Shannon with open arms from the start of their relationship. Shannon feels very lucky to be gaining another sister, especially one as fantastic as Analiese. Our flower girl Rhees and little brother Troy (ring bearer) are also pictured!

Bryan was always the cool cousin to Joe when he was growing up. The best clothes, the biggest muscles, nice car and a water bed...what else could you ask for! Over the years, Joe and Bryan grew closer as he looked to him for financial advice, how to survive living in Manhattan and what to do with his career. Bryan was actually one of the first to hear about Joe's proposal ideas and made the connection for Joe to buy Shannon's ring. Joe is very excited to have Bryan up at the alter for continued support and guidance.

Kat's optimism and good humor made them instant friends at Colby-Sawyer College. They always enjoyed sharing a drink, driving to clinical, studying, or going on a trip together. Though both their lives have changed in the past 10 years, their friendship has grown stronger. They are so happy to be a part of each other's big day!

We can credit the Canterbury School for bringing these two Joes together. From the soccer field, to the ice rink and finally the golf course, there wasn’t a time when they weren’t together. Roommates for a year in NYC and now neighbors on the Upper East Side. Lover of great wings, Peroni and Italian combos, there's never a time when they're together and not having a blast. “The little brother I never had,” they’ll be friends forever. Couldn't be happier to have him as part of the groomsman team.

Patrick Dineen

Officiant

Patrick Dineen is a very special friend of the Agliato family. The relationship dates back to the 80s with early morning skates with Joe’s brother Mike. Since then, Patrick has done incredible things like playing division 1 hockey for Umass Amherst, getting his PHD, and starting a foundation to better the lives of cancer patients. His guidance and mentor ship for Joe cannot be understated. Patrick’s smile and energy can dominate a room and we’re super excited to have him as our officiant.
