Guest arrival is between 2:30 – 2:45 PM, and the ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00 PM.

Guests are welcome to check in and freshen up before the evening festivities.
Shuttle Service to Reception
5:15 – 5:45 PM
Shuttles will depart from the hotel to the reception venue. We kindly ask guests to be ready in the hotel lobby during this time.

Reception
7:00 – 11:00 PM
Shuttle Service to Hotel

Shuttles will begin returning guests to the hotel at this time.
After-Party
Please join us back at the hotel for drinks and after-party food as we continue the celebration. Food will be provided, and even if you’re not staying at the hotel, we would love for you to come!
