Question

Do I need to wear a face covering?

Answer

Yes, face masks are REQUIRED. You will NOT be allowed to enter the venue without one.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive between 25 minutes to 1 hour before the invitation time if you are attending in person. The doors will close ten (10) minutes prior to the invitation time and guests will NOT be allowed to enter or exit after this time. If you are attending via Zoom, we recommend that you join 30 minutes prior to the invitation time. If you join after the 15 minute mark we cannot guarantee that the host will be available to let you into the Zoom.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We only have a limited number of guest that we can accommodate. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No, you will be responsible for your own transportation.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love you and your precious angels however we asked that only children 16 years and older are in attendance. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

I received my Save The Date and there is an RSVP link, when should I RSVP by?

Answer

Deadline to RSVP with the QR code or link provided on the Save The Date is July 10, 2021.

Why is there a link and QR code on the Save The Date?

Answer

Great question! We want all of our guest to be able to take a look around our website to get a feel for our wedding. Also, we provided this to allow guests to RSVP before invitations are sent out to be sure that we can accommodate all of our friends and loved ones.

How will I join the Zoom Ceremony?

Answer

We will send all of the Zoom information with detailed instructions to all of the Zoom Ceremony attendees with the formal invitation.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will take place indoors.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bridal party and immediate family will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests will be directed to the cocktail hour space where we will be serving finger foods and beverages.

What should I do if I cannot make it?

Answer

You will be missed! if you cannot make it to the wedding please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "will not attend," so we can plan accordingly.

Where should guests park? Is Parking Free?

Answer

There is ample parking near and around the venue. There will be signs marking the places that you can park in the day of the event. All parking is free. (Please be sure to remove all valuables from your cars and doors are locked. This is not a high traffic area, however we want to ensure that all of our guest are able to enjoy there evening without worry).

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Unfortunately, we do not have a hotel block for guests. Alternatively, a few of our favorite hotels listed under the travel tab on our website.

Will there be any special diet options?

Answer

There will be vegan/vegetarian option available. Should you have any other dietary restrictions there is a section asking about food allergies/restrictions, please indicate your restrictions there.

Where are you registered?

Answer

Due to limited capacity for the bride and groom to travel with large items on a plan, we are requesting that gifts are in the form of paypal, cash app, gift cards or cash. Should you wish the send a physical gift you are more than welcome to mail your gift to 4619 NE 112th Ave, Apt N204, Vancouver, WA 98682. For more information please access our Registry Tab.

May I take a centerpiece/candle/flower home as a souvenir?

Answer

Yes, there will be specific items set aside for guests to take home as a souvenir if they please.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

We are asking that guest NOT take photos or record any events during our ceremony. You are welcome to take photos during the reception ONLY.
