A khi tes is a traditional hand tying ceremony in our Hmong culture where family and honored guests get handed a white string and tie around the bride and grooms wrist. This ceremony is held typically one year after the traditional Hmong wedding. While tying the white string, the family and honored guest say their blessings of good fortune until the string is securely tied.
