Kensington Metropark is a great spot to get outside. $10 day pass at the entrance. An 8-mile paved loop around the park-- can walk or bike as far as you'd like. Several beaches around the lake to enjoy. 'Splash-n-Blast' is located within the park for an additional fee. 18 Hole Golf Course for those who may want to hit the links while in town (plenty of other local courses too if you're interested!)

Fenton is only about 20 minutes north of Brighton. A quaint downtown that is home to 'The Laundry'- a delicious spot for breakfast, lunch or dinner and unique cocktails and mocktails. 'Fenton Fire Hall' has rooftop seating and often times live music. And for your sweet tooth, 'The Scoop' has any flavor you might want.
Ann Arbor is full of food, shops, parks and museums. You can walk around The University of Michigan campus if you wish. Take a stroll through downtown, the botanical gardens or the Arboretum.
