In 2019, a little after they started dating, Adrian took Amanda to one of his favorite places, Everglades National Park. It was Amanda's first time at the park. Adrian was excited to share his love for nature as they spent the day going from trails to scenic points. After their picnic, they arrived at a viewpoint called West Lake. This is where Adrian first told Amanda he loved her. Fast forward to 2024, Adrian and Amanda took a day trip to the Everglades, a tradition they have continued over the years since that date. They went through all their favorite spots and ultimately arrived at West Lake. While walking on the board walk, Adrian got down on one knee and proposed to Amanda in the same place he first told her he loved her 5 years prior. Amanda said yes! 🤍
