Is there a dress code?

Yes, we are requesting cocktail attire.

There is free self and valet parking available to guests.

Yes we are encouraging guests to stay at the Ballantyne Resort, for a reduced rate. When making a reservation please call (704) 248-4000, and mention reserving a room for the Marshall Barnes wedding, or utilize the following link: https://www.marriott.com/events/start.mi?id=1585877167524&key=GRP All events will be happening at the venue and we hope to see you there. If you are a Marriott rewards member also mention that as this is a Marriott property.

When should I arrive?

The ceremony begins at 4:00 pm, we are suggesting guests arrive by 3:45 pm so that we can get the party going as soon as possible.

What about COVID-19?

We will be following CDC guidelines and state guidelines for the area. We encourage everyone to get tested prior, and do/engage in what you feel comfortable with. We will have masks and hand sanitizer for folks, and will ask that folks follow the CDC guidelines for vaccinated and unvaccinated folks.
