When and Where?
Answer
We will be having both our ceremony & our reception at The Willows in Industry, PA. Our wedding will take place on October 19th, 2024 starting at 4:30. Please plan to arrive and find your seat prior to 4:00 to avoid delays!

Can I bring a guest / Plus One?
Answer
We want to be able to celebrate with as many loved ones as we can, but we all know weddings are expensive! We hope that you can understand and follow the names associated with your invitation. You can find your name(s) accounted for under the RSVP tab by typing in your first and last name, and all plus ones will be attached!

Are kids invited?
Answer
As much as we love your kiddos, we are asking to celebrate our night as an adults only (18+) event unless otherwise noted on your invitation and RSVP form. We hope you can understand, find accommodations, and enjoy the celebration with us!

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Yes, we hope that you will join us in dressing up for the occasion in semi-formal or cocktail attire! We are dressing to impress, and hope you will too!

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
We ask that you please RSVP by September 13th, 2024 through the RSVP tab above. Late RSVP’s cannot be accepted.

What if I cannot make it?
Answer
You surely will be missed, but we totally understand! Once you are aware of conflict in schedules kindly RSVP through our wedding website under the RSVP tab.

Will the event take place indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place indoors. All three will take place at the same venue between the atrium & main ballroom.

Menu / Dietary restrictions
Answer
Dinner will be served buffet style and will consist of 2 meat options, two vegetable options, and a pasta option. If you have any dietary restrictions please contact the bride!

General Timeline
Answer
The Ceremony is set to start at 4:30. Directly following there will be a cocktail hour with Stationary Hors D’oeuvres and a buffet style dinner. After dinner let the party begin, and join us on the dance floor!

Will there be a bar?
Answer
Yes, there will be a bar during cocktail hour and through the evening until last call around 9:30. Please be mindful as transportation options may be limited.

Phones during ceremony?
Answer
We are just as excited as you are to capture our special day, but we do ask for an unplugged ceremony. We will allow a designated time for those who want a picture before we get started!
