The Sacramento (SMF) airport will be the best airport to fly in and out of as it is only one hour away from Placerville where I recommend staying at the hotel. This is the closest hotel to our Venue. It is about 35 minutes away from the wedding ceremony and reception. We do not have a block or transportation to the wedding from this hotel. If you choose to stay here you must get your own transportation to the wedding.

If you are looking to stay longer than the wedding festivities, I would recommend looking into Air BnB and Virbo. I recommend staying at the hotel during the wedding festivities and then renting a home afterward. There are a few Air BnB options near the venue and they will fill quickly. Stay in town during the wedding then travel to Lake Tahoe or the coast to enjoy the rest of your vacation.
