Our 1st date was a TRAIN WRECK! By train wreck I mean it consisted of not being able to find the right restaurant, so we just ate dinner at the closest place around. We were supposed to go look at stars and instead were looking at clouds because it was over cast. And for most these little ups and downs would have been an awful first date but for us we couldn't stop laughing, talking, and learning about each other. In all reality I must believe that, that was the night we each found a best friend for life. Flash forward December 31, 2018 E worked SO hard to make sure the day of our engagement went off without a hitch. He invited friends from out of town, had a party set up for me to come back to when we got home but, once again life happened. Just this time our photographer was running late to our engagement. So, to stall Earl had us walk around Downtown Houston to wait for her to arrive to snap the shot of a life time. So, we walked, and walked and walked, and for a girl in heals I was DONE, but finally Earl told me to walk just a little bit further and sure enough before getting on one knee he said and I quote "Today is kind of like how our relationship has been, a lot of the times our plans won’t work our quite right but, we still enjoy the ride". And indeed we do! What these stories are to tell about Earl and myself is that within 3 years of dating we learned 3 amazing truths that we put into our lives on the daily, that will tell you more about us than any story: 1. Put God as your number one priority 2. Life isn't perfect. 3. Have someone that is willing to walk through the pretty sparkly moments as well as the ugly dirty moments. We are so humbled to have you come celebrate and be a part of one of the most important days of our lives! We have purposefully created a list of people who have loved on each one of us individually or as a couple and invested in making us better people! We love each one of you so! See you on November 24, 2018!
