COVID-19 Results Collection

Every bride envisions their wedding day. However, no one could have predicted the event that postponed Rebecca and Alex’s union. To hold this event, in line with Rebecca’s physicians’ recommendation, we request proof of a negative COVID-19 test result within 72 hours of the event or a COVID-19 vaccination card. Proof of COVID-19 status may be submitted by November 26, 2021, by clicking on the button below or physically provided at the venue.
