Wait....when and where is the wedding??

Answer

The wedding is on October 18, 2025 at Meadow on the Mountain, located at 3940 Saint Joe Road, Atkins, Arkansas 72823. We are planning on the ceremony beginning at 5:00 p.m.

What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

Please arrive between 4:30 p.m. and 4:45 p.m. to ensure you are in your seats shortly before 5:00 p.m.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We want YOU to feel comfortable; however, please dress respectfully.

Can we bring our own alcohol?

Answer

NO! Due to laws and the venues insurance, you are not able to bring your own alcohol. We will have a bar, with at least 2 beer options, 2 wine options and 2 mixed drinks. Please feel free to tip the bartender(s).

Does the venue allow smoking?

Answer

No, the venue is a smoke-free facility. If you should need to smoke, please take care of any cigarette butts and do not toss them on the ground.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Children related to the bride and groom will be in attendance. Due to space and budget, we may not be able to accommodate everyone's children. If you child(ren) are invited, we have tried to ensure this is reflected on the invitations that were sent out (by addressing it to the family or listing their name(s)). If you have any questions about if your child(ren) are allowed, please do not hesitate to reach out.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have tried to be fair and extend a "plus one" to many people and this should be reflected on your invitation. Due to space and budget, there are a few people that might not have a "plus one" option on their invitation. If you have any questions about this, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No, you are responsible for your own transportation. Please drink responsibly.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We have planned an informal welcome dinner on Friday, 10/17/2025, at Pasta Grill in Russellville, AR for our families and wedding party that are arriving in town the day prior to the wedding. If you will also be in town the evening before the wedding and would like to attend, please reach out to Tya. If there is room on the list after the RSVP deadline, she will let you know.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We will be having a selection of barbeque from Blue Ember. Please let us know if you have any food allergies and we will do our best to accommodate you that way you can enjoy dinner with us.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there should be plenty of parking at the venue.

What colors are the wedding party wearing?

Answer

The bridal party will be wearing a Dusty Sage color and the grooms party will be wearing black suits.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

There are no hotels in Atkins, AR. We have secured room block at The Courtyard by Marriott in Russellville, Arkansas for our families and wedding party to use. If you would like the link to the room block information, please reach out to Tya and she will forward it to you. This is the hotel that Tya and Paul will be staying at the weekend of the wedding. The cutoff for booking a room in the room block is September 10, 2025. After that date, any rooms left will be released back to the hotel. You will use your card to hold the room, but will not be charged until you arrive to check-in. Otherwise, we've included a few nearby hotels in Russellville as that is the closest city to the venue. Are you registered? Where?

We will not have a traditional registry since we already have a house, etc. We have set up a Honeymoon Fund and would love for contributions to it.
