We kindly ask that only those listed with your invitation when you RSVP online, as we can only accommodate those specified. Thank you for your understanding!

Kids are absolutely welcome, but only if they are included in your online invitation count.

When should I plan on arriving?
Answer
Please get to the venue no later than 11:30 AM. Extra time will allow you to take your time finding your seat and getting comfortable. The ceremony will start at 12 PM sharp.

What's parking and accessibility like?
Answer
The venue has free on-site parking. Please follow the signs to the reception when you arrive. For our guests who require assistance with mobility, a courtesy cart/shuttle will be available to escort you to the ceremony and reception.

Is the event indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will be held outdoors, and the reception will take place in a cozy, heated tent. Since Bay Area weather in February can be pretty unpredictable, we recommend bringing layers to ensure you stay comfortable throughout the day. Your comfort is important to us!

What is the itinerary for the day?
Answer
After the ceremony, there will be a cocktail hour featuring light hors d'oeuvres. A buffet dinner service will follow this, and the day will conclude with mingling and dancing. An open bar will be available throughout the entire event, offering two of our favorite signature cocktails.
