I met Rob shortly after moving to Florida about five years ago, and he’s been a solid friend ever since. Carissa and I met at our last hospital, and from that moment, we formed a lifelong friendship. From therapy sessions with patients doing the Cha-Cha Slide to doing splits on the beach during vacations, she’s always brought fun, laughter, and support into my life. The memories are endless, and I’m so grateful to have her standing with me as my Matron of Honor.

I’ve known Jackie for 12 years, and over that time, she’s been a constant source of kindness and support. I even convinced her to come back and play beach volleyball in a tournament with me! We can always be found enjoying brunch dates together. She’s one of the kindest people I’ve ever met, wears her heart on her sleeve, and is an amazing mother. I’ve known Thalia since sophomore year of high school, and we’ve shared volleyball on the court in high school, college, and even now as adults. I always helped her put in her contacts for volleyball games, and we were even roommates in college. She has a remarkable ability to find joy and happiness in every situation, and I’m so grateful to have her standing with me as a Bridesmaid.

Attending from Heaven. Though my dad can’t be here in person, I know he’ll be with us in spirit on our special day. He was truly an amazing person — full of love, laughter, and plenty of goofiness. We always had to deal with him being a loyal Vikings fan, but that was just part of his charm.
