It was me (Adrienne), Sam, and his nephew Ezra and we were going on vacation to Ocean City. So our close friends Justin and Jennie came with us and we all visited Sam and Ezra’s grandmother Mary. We all decided to leave Friday night and got into town for the night to visit with Meemaw. The night was spent after lots of laughing and eating so we all went to bed so we could get up early to head to Ocean City the next morning. It is always exciting getting to visit with family especially with your friends, but then having the excitement of the next morning made me very thankful for everything going on in my life. All of us get rested up and get to Ocean City mid morning, the first game that I played was the ring toss and I won a HUGE green and blue frog! Jennie also ended up winning at ring toss and won a HUGE pink frog 💕 we all make our way through the crane games and we won more Pokémon to add to our collection. I tried to win a Coach wallet from the keyhole machines but that was not a win. So we all play games for a few hours and then we start walking the boardwalk after the sun has gone down. Sam sees a police officer and asks if there were supposed to be any fireworks going off later in the night, but unfortunately they only were doing fireworks on July 4. So Jennie and I start running towards the water from the boardwalk and then I stopped and turned around to see Sam on his knee with a ring in his hand as he asks would I make him the happiest man alive and be his wife. I started shaking and teared up and couldn’t believed this was actually happening and said yes of course! This was a super surprise to me I had absolutely no idea and had no idea that’s why Justin and Jennie were involved in coming along because they were a part of the plan! Haha so that is how he asked me to marry him!
