Harrisburg International Airport
Harrisburg is the closest and easiest airport, but it is the smallest of the 3 listed, so it may be most expensive. The airport and venue are about 30 miles apart. Rental cars and Ubers/Lyfts are available.

Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport
This airport is about an hour and a half away from the venue, but if you're doing a rental car, this option provides the most accessible routes to and from Lancaster.
Flight
Philadelphia International Airport
This airport is also about an hour and a half away. Travel will usually not be easy with many traffic stops, so I would definitely recommend one of the first two.
Train
Lancaster, PA (LNC) Amtrak
This is the most convenient option for guests located in/near cities that have an Amtrak station. The railroad station is about a mile away from the venue (a super cheap Uber/Lyft!)
