Question

What considerations are there for COVID-19?

Answer

In order to protect our loved ones (all of you!), we’re requesting that guests test negative for COVID-19 prior to attendance. Those testing using antigen tests (also known as rapid tests) should take two tests within 36- to 48-hours. Please note, masking will be required for the ceremony. DC regulations also require masks indoors when not actively eating and drinking. We will be strictly following any COVID-19-related restrictions and guidelines that may be in place at the time of our wedding. We understand if you are uncomfortable or unable to celebrate with us at this time.

Question

How should I plan to get to ceremony and reception?

Answer

Shuttle buses will leave from the Washington Hilton to Georgetown University for the ceremony. Shuttle buses will load starting at 2:00 and will leave at 2:15. After the ceremony, shuttle buses will pick up from the front gates of campus to take guests from Georgetown to the reception venue. When you're ready to call it a night, the hotel is 15-minute walk from the reception venue. As parking is very limited in Georgetown and near our reception venue, we encourage guests to ride share or take the shuttle. If you have accessibility considerations, please reach out to Luke or Adrienne.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We have chosen for our wedding day to be a 15+ occasion. We hope this advance notice will allow you to still share in our celebration.

Question

How can I communicate any food allergies or dietary restrictions?

Answer

Please provide information about any dietary restrictions in your RSVP.
