Pisa Airport - Galileo Galilei

This is the closest airport to La Spezia. It is 1 hour away by car or by train. You can rent a car at the airport or there is a shuttle train at the airport that brings you to Pisa Central Station. From there you can take a train to La Spezia. Book these before arriving.

Other major airports are found in Milan, Rome, Florence, Bologna and they are just a few hours away by train or car. We recommend flying into the city that you desire to visit most and make your way to La Spezia via train.

We will have a charter bus bringing people from outside the NH Hotel in La Spezia to the wedding venue Villa Marigola in Lerici. There will be two return charter buses bringing people back to La Spezia at 11:30 PM and 1:30 AM.

This hotel is centrally located and a 20 minute walk from the train station or 5 minute taxi ride. We have reached out to the hotel for a discount on a block of rooms for the "de Amicis Wedding". They are offering a room at $189 a night. This price is valid until March 1st. This is a completely renovated hotel that's centrally located and a couple minute walk away from the train station. It is very close to the open air market and many restaurants. This would be an ideal location if you plan on making day trips in and out of La Spezia via train.
