We’ll be having a private ceremony before the reception. Sharing our vows in an intimate setting felt like the most meaningful way for us to begin this new chapter — just the two of us. While you won’t see the “I do’s,” we truly can’t wait to celebrate the rest of the day with you — full of love, laughter, and some wacky signature dance moves.
Please RSVP by September 12th so we can give an accurate headcount to the venue and caterer. If you are unable to respond by that date, we will assume you cannot come (but we'll miss you!)
Yes, this is a kid-friendly wedding! We love little ones and are happy to have them join the celebration. That said, due to space limitations, we kindly ask that only the children specifically named on your invitation attend. Please be sure to include them in your RSVP so we can keep our headcount accurate. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out!
We ask guests to follow a "Dressy Casual" dress code - think flowy dresses and jumpsuits, cardigan sweaters, and blouses with skirts. Dress shirts, blazers, and chinos or slacks for men. We recommend layers and comfortable shoes for dancing! No jeans please.
We booked a block for our guests at the Hilton Garden Inn (Blacksburg University) - please see booking link in the "Travel" tab to stay with our group!
Yes! We have a large shuttle that will be waiting at the hotel entrance at 3:45pm to chauffeur guests safely to the venue.
There's a huge lot for parking right outside the venue but we've also booked a shuttle from the hotel to Beliveau Winery in case you'd like to imbibe safely or avoid braving the winding country roads yourself.
Definitely! In the event of inclement weather, we have a backup space for the cocktail hour located nearby.
Our family and friends do have a robust collection of allergies among us so we will indicate on the menu which items are friendly to which allergies (gluten free, nut free, vegetarian, vegan, alpha gal safe, etc).
