I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Please be sure to indicate any allergies or dietary restrictions when you RSVP. To offer peace of mind for those with severe nut allergies, we will work with our caterers to ensure our menu does not contain any tree nuts or peanuts.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels for the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! Transportation services will be provided to and from the hotels at which we have reserved room blocks. If you plan to stay elsewhere, please let us know if you would still like to utilize the provided transportation when you RSVP.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking at Winbrooke is limited, we recommend taking advantage of the provided ride services to and from the hotels for the wedding. For those who need to drive, we encourage you to carpool with other guests if possible.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

While we would love for all of our guests to be able to bring a plus one, the intimate nature of our venue will only allow us to accommodate those listed on the invitation.

Is there anything else I should know about the venue?

Please note that Winbrooke is a smoke free facility. Smoking, or the use of e-cigarettes is not permitted anywhere on the property.
