What is the dress code?

Answer

Think elevated elegance. Dress to impress – please wear formal attire. No shorts, t shirts, baseball caps or jeans. We would love if all guest could wear uninterrupted black attire for the group pictures. (All black meaning without any contrasting colors, patterns, or distracting colored accessories.) ***As tradition PLEASE don’t wear any red, white, ivory or cream colors in honor of the bride.***

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 3:00PM sharp. Please make preparations to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to mingle with guests and find your seats. Doors will be shut at 3:00PM & entrance will not be allowed.

Are plus ones or additional guest allowed?

Answer

As much as we’d love the extra guest plus ones or extra guests are NOT allowed. We have decided to keep our wedding small and intimate with closest friends & family only. Invited guest will be addressed on the invitations please only bring and RSVP for those guest listed. Any uninvited guest will be turned around. We appreciate your understanding.

Are children allowed?

Answer

We love your little ones, but this will be an adults-only celebration. We are offering open bar and alcohol will be served. The only children in attendance will be in the wedding party. Enjoy a date night with us- come out and have fun!

What is the deadline to RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP by 9/05/2026 via the digital link sent to you even if you think we know your response and to ensure you are not missed in our count. If you do not RSVP online by 09/05/2026 you will be marked “no” as NOT attending. We appreciate your understanding and timely response.

What if I can’t attend?

Answer

Please RSVP online via the link sent to you and select “Will not attend” as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly. We’ll miss you!

Will there be dancing or entertainment?

Answer

Yes, we will be having a full reception following the ceremony and cocktail hour. Bring your dance shoes and dance moves!

Will there be assigned seating?

Answer

Yes, we will have a seating chart & further signage on sight to help everyone find their spots comfortably for both the ceremony and reception.

Are you registered anywhere? Gifts?

Answer

While we won’t have a full traditional registry you can view our registry on the “Registry” tab on our wedding website. If you’d like to gift something, consider contributing to our honeymoon fund.

Will there be a cash bar or open bar?

Answer

No need to bring your wallet to the bar—this one’s on us! But the hangover on you. We’ll have an open bar with your favorite sips, so get ready to celebrate and cheers with us all night. Don’t forget to tip your bartender!

Will there be vegan food or allergy friendly options?

Answer

We want all our guests to enjoy the celebration, and while we may not be able to accommodate every request, we’ll do our best to provide options that work for common dietary needs. If you have an allergy or dietary restriction, please let us know with your RSVP so we can pass the information along to our caterer.

Is the wedding indoor or outdoor?

Answer

In this unpredictable humid Florida weather??! Absolutely not! :) We will enjoy both the ceremony and reception indoors.

Are there any hotel room blocks available?

Answer

Please check out the “Travel” tab of the website for more detailed information. Room blocks have been set up at Home2 Suites by Hilton Winter Garden at a discounted rate and are available to book until 9/5/26. After that time you will need to set up your own accommodations.
