ATTIRE: Anything goes. Please do not wear costumes that are ethnically insensitive. If you're not sure, ask us!
This is taking place during the STLV (Star Trek Las Vegas) convention to maximize our ability to get friends and family together in one happy place. We will be taking photos in the room and around the venue prior to the ceremony. We will be having the ceremony in the penthouse suite within the Rio. There are places to eat and drink within the hotel prior to or after the ceremony. We will provide snacks. You may BYOB and if you wish to contribute to the snack table, please contact us. We may likely leave the suite and party at the Masquerade Bar (the usual social gathering spot for our friends) afterwards if people wish to migrate there.
