Welcome!! We wanted to have a nice welcome dinner to kick off the week ahead, and thank everyone for coming! This will be a nice time to relax after a long travel day, and for our families to spend some quality time together before the busy week. Our hosts have booked us a large table here with a panoramic view. It’s about a 10 minute walk from the villa. We can't wait to see everyone!

This will be a two hour event to learn the secret of homemade pasta, with and without eggs, in many different shapes and flavors. You will know how to make fresh pasta totally by hand, with the most ancient shapes. Our chef or Massaia Santina’s wise hands will teach you -for example- how to prepare one of the typical pasta of the region that you will choose between the variety of traditional Italian Pasta such as “strozzapreti”, tagliatelle, red-fettuccine or gnocchi. Each participant will be making some delicious fresh pasta to be eaten at one of the meals. Fun for both adults and children. The pasta we are making in the morning will need to some time to dry. Therefore, it will be what is for dinner that night!

Ceremony day! The ceremony will begin around 3pm. Since it is low-key, we wanted to give everyone some time to sleep in, eat breakfast together, and get ready. There will be a photographer so dress your best, and bring some tissues! After the ceremony we will be going off to take photos, so feel free to just hangout after. Apertivo’s will be served at 4:30, dinner will be at 6. Once we get back, let the party begin! There will be dinner, drinks, and of course lots of dancing!

How can you go to Italy and NOT try all the wines they have to offer?? So duh of course we're going to at LEAST one winery. We plan on going later in the afternoon, and then dinner will be at the Airbnb afterwards (Lasagne). Let us know if you'd like to join us since we will need to make a reservation in advance!
